What do you sell on Thermador employee store?

We offer a comprehensive catalogue of Thermador home appliances including dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, microwaves and more. We also sell a wide variety of parts and accessories such as water filters, cooking pans, and cleaners etc. to complement your Bosch appliance.

How do I calculate the discounted price?

Prices shown on the Thermador employee store are already discounted and may not be used in conjunction with any retailers’ promotions or offers.

How do I change my password and my account information?

You can view and update your account information within ‘My Account’ section. When changing your password > , please note your new password should consist of at least 8 characters containing capital and lower case letters, digits and one special character such as a “@, &, or #”. The first 3 letters or digits cannot be the same.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders received before 10:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Delivery can be between 5-10 days depending on location and stock availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa andMasterCard. . You can enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will you charge my credit card?

We will not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. At the time you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card for the total amount plus all applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any).

Shipping

Do you charge shipping fee?

We offer Free Shipping to most provinces on all orders over $100. Some territories and privinces do have a sur-charge. This will be added at checkout.

What is your delivery policy?

Our delivery company will contact you a few days after you place your order to schedule a convenient time to deliver your product.

Please note that the delivery company will deliver to the first dry area only. This could be a porch, garage or a carport. You will be responsible for moving it from there.

Do you offer appliance haul away and installation services?

We currently do not offer installation and haul away services.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally. Orders placed on this store are eligible for shipment to all of Canada.
